Admission
- Contact the Case/Reception Counter and provide:
- Name & Address
- Date of Admission
- Preferred Class of Accommodation
- Pre-Registration for maternity cases is encouraged before the expected delivery date.
- Planned surgical/maternity cases require a deposit amount at admission.
- If preferred accommodation is unavailable, we will provide the best available alternative.
- We accept Cash, DD, RTGS, NEFT from all major banks.
Billing
- Billing Department hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Bed, OT, and doctor fees vary by room category.
- No charges for food, beverages, or mineral water for patients & visitors.
- No emergency charges for tests/investigations done:
- Sundays
- Public Holidays
- After working hours
- Emergency basis
